Inventory – by creating an initial inventory that is regularly updated – This captures any property damage that may have been caused by guests.
Inspections – by conducting regular inspections to detect any maintenance that is required & action accordingly. This process keeps your property in the best possible condition, protecting your asset & maximising your financial returns.
Property Maintenance – we will organise our team to do the small things such as replace light bulbs and replace smoke alarm batteries periodically. We will also organise your lawns to be mowed and any other yard maintenance required. We also have a network of trusted Tradesmen that can help where we can’t. We will arrange quotes and organise the job with your approval.
